Monster Valentine

This is a great monster valentine that is classroom-friendly. It’s frugal, easy on the environment, and it’s 100% free!

It’s that time of year again, winter is in the air and we are all snuggling under the covers with our loved ones. Hopefully, you are able to do something nice with your honey. I know we are probably not going to do anything really special. We are still doing the tradition of sending Valentine’s into school though.

This year I am featuring a monster valentine that is multiple colors and sayings for you to be able to give everyone a little unique valentine in the classroom. These are super adorbs and easy to print out and cut. I just, love the cute monster graphic on it.

If you would like to add some candy, a pencil, bubbles, or a little toy to the valentine you can attach one with some cute Washi tape. I did the same thing with another valentine I featured with pencils.

I just went with the simple valentine and didn’t do much else this year. Although if you have the time and want to get some from the dollar store I am not going to stop you. I am going for minimal effort these days and this suits the bill.

You should use cardstock because it makes the printable a little more sturdy, but the standard paper will work just fine as well. I doubt any child is going to be framing these to keep them. They will probably just scavenge the candy and throw the rest away. Honestly, I would probably do the same. There are also 6 on one page so you get 24 printables without changing any settings to your printer. So do not try to print multiples out from the get-go, you will have enough printables to last you many years.

Do not try to print multiples out!

It might seem like the days are really short right now and the weather is cold. Crossing your fingers that we don’t get more snow. This will be something that you can easily do for your child with relative ease. If you really want to go hands-off give them a pair of scissors and let them cut them out for their friends. I just suggest helping them write the names so that they know which one goes to who.
